Today’s Lesson: Happiness

Not Just Your Own

We had a solid start,

We were so in love,

Rough times hit us hard and frequent,

But everything always turned out alright,

Not that it mattered to you enough to lie,

I see you look at her that way,

There was a time when you looked at me that way,

I hear about what you do and it breaks my heart,

You want to toss me away and get a new model,

Who am I to try and stop you?

Your happiness is what I care about,

If I am not your happy please find who is,

It’s heart breaking that I am not the one for you,

Time for me to find, capture, and keep my happiness

heartbreak
