Today, I Hope You Find What You Seek

A Poem

Today, I hope you find something to do,

Not because you have to,

But because it would make you smile,

Because it would make your day worthwhile.

I hope you do it, not as a matter of habit,

Not as a matter of getting what you need,

But I hope you do it, just because you love it,

And because in the end, love is what you really seek.

I hope you find beauty, and I hope you find joy,

I hope you feel something you've never felt before.

Dream your highest dreams, dream them now,

You never really live ’til you seize each day with love!
