i apologize for not avidly reading or commenting on your works lately.
i've been saving my lists and checking them twice,
coaxing the motivation back into my life–
to read, to write, to dream,
to do anything but just get by.
so, i thank you for your patience,
and your continued support.
i'm making my way,
slowly but surely,
back into the social sphere. i can't wait
to see what you have done
in all this time that i've been gone.

kp
I am a non-binary, trans-masc writer. I work to dismantle internalized structures of oppression, such as the gender binary, class, and race. My writing is personal but anecdotally points to a larger political picture of systemic injustice.
