Did you spy me as I wept in Yireh’s garden?
Did you glide on fawns’ hooves
To deliver message to Artemis of my dark hour?
********************
Did you mourn as tears watered my visage?
Did you beckon to Selene
To comfort me with soft luminescent beams?
********************
Did you pity me as I sagged towards the Styx?
Did you hail Charon’s skiff
To ferry me to my slough of despond?
********************
Did you testify to Another aloft but hidden?
Did you rejoice at the dawn of Creation
And join in song with the all the host of heaven?
********************
Did you bolster my complaint above the circle of the earth?
Did you flag down my Beloved
And demand my birthright be honored?
********************
Did you lend your voice to the planetary orchestra?
Did you tug on my Beloved’s ear
So that He might bend and acquiesce to thee?

As long as I can remember, I've been writing and sharing stories. Writing and storytelling, whether it be a humorous poem composed in five minutes, or an epic fantasy told over several novels, brings meaning and joy to life.
