To and To For, two simple words
Yet each with meanings to be explored
To, a word of direction and purpose
For, a word of benefit and service
To, a word that points the way
A guiding light to a brighter day
To reach a goal, to chase a dream
To strive for more, to be supreme
For, a word that gives and shares
A heart of giving that truly cares
To lend a hand, to ease the pain
To be a friend, to break the chain
To and To For, they go hand in hand
One leads the way, the other takes a stand
Together they form a powerful force
Guiding us on our journey, without remorse
So let us remember these words each day
To be our best, to pave the way
For the good of others, and ourselves too
To and To For, forever true.
