Tipsy Love

The Basset and the Mouse

By Brigitteromina PacePublished 7 years ago 1 min read
Basset in Love

Tipsy, a cute basset is madly in love with a mouse

She found him in the house

He was hiding when she flushed him out

She gave him a big kiss on the mouth

When the mouse ran away

Tipsy thought he wanted to play

She chased him indoors and out

She caught him and showered him with more kisses on his mouth

The mouse liked the hound

But he didn't like the fact that she mucked around

He got straight to the point and asked her out on a date

To which Tipsy replied 'Not now. It's too late!'

The mouse was confused

At first, she was amused

Tipsy searched for him to explain that it was a joke

But she couldn't find the handsome mousy bloke

He watched her sad little face

From his new hiding place!
