The touch of tiny feet

In my hand

I brought home this tiny baby

Now, he is Mama's, little man

The touch so soft, nothing can compare

The amazing smell of my baby

As I take a whiff of his hair

His tiny fingers intertwined with mine

The vision of this beauty I made, so define

As I stroke his soft head and sing him to sleep

I give him a kiss and weep

As I turn to walk out the door

I leave the door open a crack

And turn on his nightlight

So, I can see his face

My beautiful baby boy
