Time ticks away like grains of sand,
Each moment lost, never to command.
Seconds, minutes, hours, days,
Life's measured in countless ways.
Some say time heals all wounds,
But it also brings joy that's opportune.
It's a thief that steals youth and grace,
Yet it's what helps memories to embrace.
Some people feel like they're out of time,
Chasing dreams that won't ever be mine.
But time is what gives dreams wings,
Making them fly on fleeting winds.
The sun rises, the sun sets,
Time's endless flow we cannot forget.
Aging brings wisdom and depth,
Yet time can also make us bereft.
It's a challenge to make each moment count,
And not let time's flow cause us to frown.
Timeless sands, forever shifting,
Time's story is never-ending.
Make the most of every single day,
For in time, life will slip away.
