it's only through change that we come clear
Time passes by like a breeze
Leaves falling gently to the ground
Change is inevitable, no matter what we please
For the time is a constant, unyielding sound
We can't turn back the hands of the clock
No matter how much we may wish
The past is gone, a distant memory locked
The future is unknown, a mystery, a dish
We try to hold on to what we know
But time is a river, always flowing
We must learn to let go, to let it go
As change is the only way we are growing
Embrace the passage of time, my dear
Embrace the changes it brings
it's only through change that we come clear
And discover what living truly means

Loneliness and isolation, Two feelings can weigh heavy on the soul. They can wrap around you like a cloak, Leaving you feeling cold and alone. You try to fill the void with things, People, activities, and more. But no matter what you do, The emptiness remains a never-ending chore. You long for someone to understand, To hold your hand and comfort you. But nobody seems to see the pain, That loneliness and isolation can ensue. It's a vicious cycle, this loneliness, It feeds on itself and grows. The more you feel alone, the more you retreat, And the harder it becomes to let it go. But don't give up, dear friend, For there is hope and light to be found. Reach out, take a chance, and let yourself heal, And the loneliness will be no longer bound.
