Time has been given for introspection

Feel the serenity of silence

Gaze upon the beauty of nature

Know thy time on earth

Is a blessing given momentarily

Go within and find thine power

Seek thy light

Darkness comes to trigger this

To use thine wisdom within

Change one’s ways

For darkness will continue

Casting its veil

Consuming in proximity

Awakening those that sleep

Being called forth

To become enlightened

To love deeply from thine heart

Show one’s inner beauty

One’s inner fire burning bright

Souls freed from life’s strife

Death will always be waiting close by

Taking thine to the realm of light

Let the sands of time be spent wisely

Abundantly and graciously
