Time Capsule

We have all this writing

Yet what does it mean?

Will anyone read it in a thousand years from now?

It remains to be seen

But I wonder what they would make of it

It would be interesting to see if they think it is relevant

Would they still write poetry?

Or even understand the concept?

Maybe it wouldn't even be in a language that is now known

Wondering if everything would last through time

Maybe there would be a new way of creating

Or even a different thought process

Possibly nothing like we know

Hopefully everything would be captured

Nothing that would need some new chapter
