Though you are old, forgetful,

repeating the same stories

over and over,

I will hold you, help you, smile,

remember the days when we both laughed

and you fully understood my jokes.

I will faithfully come to help you,

though the days are long

and the months unending.

- Your daughter.

So poignantly beautiful… that could be my daughter & me before I know it 🤗.

A beautiful love poem that describes what we all could experience someday. Good luck in the challenge.
