Why we love

Through Time

Fire came in form of regrets

Through a furnace called loneliness...

Our tears were water enough to quench it

Mountains came in form of acquaintance

Through a ship called friends...

On them, our heart beats for only us

Raindrops came in form of challenges

A true test of trust and an endurance...

We stood wet in them with hidden smiles

We couldn't see eyeball to eyeball

Yet, we met heartbeat to heartbeat...

Even distance couldn't hold us down

Now this is the final anchor

The crust and base our union...

We love because he ,(God) first loved us
