The paths you have walked, the books you have read, and the people you have met are your worldview. A person's worldview is determined by what he sees, hears and knows.
Values
What do you think is right and what should be done? For instance, some people think that health is the most important, some think that wealth is the most important, and some think that power is the most important. This is what values are all about.
Outlook on life
You have read so many books, traveled so many roads, met so many people, and then come back to yourself to think about what my dream is and what kind of person I want to be. Your worldview and values jointly determine your outlook on life.
Worldview is the height at which one views problems.
Values are the perspectives from which one looks at problems.
One's outlook on life is the attitude towards problems.
