Thought lay quiet in their beds

While by the cozy fireplace their owner dozed

Book slack in hand that previously was being read

Believed everyone was soundly snoring

There should be no trouble or play til morning

But to one's dismay there was a corgi who just couldn't wait for the break of day

Earlier the three romped and played outside in their yard seemingly miles wide

Joyful and giddy until their owner called them inside for dinner time

With hungry bellies excited all three rushed to the door delighted

But only two of the three stopping to use the potty tree

Now toss and turn in his bed

Little Corgi Three feared of an accident that filled his heart with dread

So he yipped and he whined hoping to wake his brothers in time

Thankfully even though they weren't happy at all

Both rolled out of bed and scrambled with their yippy brother down the hall

They'd guarded their owner in this room while using his own potty tree

So hopefully he wouldn't mind this emergency of the Little Corgi Three

First One ran up to the bowl before Two jumped up and piggy backed for Three to climb up to use as a ladder because corgis weren't that tall

Little legs created a difficult matter

As Corgi Three stretched to reach across the bowl but fell short and plunked head first into the water

And on the floor the other two giggled and rolled

Eventfully his business had been met

But now Corgi Three had to find a way to climb out of the bowl all stinky and wet

Only able to slip and slide in the bowl

Frightened Little Corgi Three cried louder than when he had to go to the vet

Immediately ending the two brother's roll and again stacking up to the bowl

With Corgi Two's snoot appearing over the rim

Corgi Three became relieved that maybe his future now wasn't so grim

On the tippiest of corgi toes he struggled to reach him with his corgi nose

And soon he splashed in to join his brother for a swim

Fortunately corgi butts float

So Corgi Three climbed on top of his brother and used him as a boat

High enough to peer over the rim and see his other brother stretching to stare back at him

Desperate but unable to grab a limb

Corgi Three latched onto his brother's ear to pull himself out

But ended up accidently pulling him in

Now all three splished and splashed together

Like boats tossing at sea in stormy weather

Their only hope left their owner would be

Hopefully he would wake up soon and need to use his potty tree
