I am not talking about the television shows of the same name. I was born in the sixties and grew up in the seventies.
W is for the work we had to do.
O is for the opportunity to learn.
N is for nurturing that we received as we grew.
D is for the dedication of all around us.
E is for all the examples that were around us growing up.
R is for the rules we were to follow.
Y is for the years of growing physically and emotionally.
E is for all the energy that we had.
A is for the activities that we did the good and the bad.
R is for reassurances that we received from all around us.
S is for the safety and security that we felt by all around us.
