This Is My Story
American Reflection
Yes I was hurted
And yes I was discouraged
Scourge by the sun
In the day fighting to stay alive
With all my might and understanding
With all my strength and wisdom
The night tried to take me out
Guided by the stars and stories of freedom. It could not hinder me. This is my story. A song to my people and a tribute to their struggles.
Humming when I feel most defeated and ringing up to Heaven.
Makes me lift my hands and dance
In tune and out tune and out tune and in tune. Cause nothing like freedom that liberates a soul. This is my story and our song.

Getting Serious About Comedy (Part I)
If I were asked to remark on my life and the childhood that paved some road leading me to this point, I would have to say something about all the funny people who surrounded me for the last 26,872 days (and counting). Somewhere along that road, I became a big fan of laughter and the comedy that spawns it – and, I mean not only my own laughter, but the laughter of others, some of which I have actually been responsible for inducing.
