This Innocent Breathe

I never thought that I would love again, and I shut it out.

Then he came out of nowhere and I did not know what to do.

He had made the inner spark in my heart and I had to "shout."

The words he would say had warmed my broken heart and our love came.

It blossomed and grew, with every word and our hearts bonded as one.

We talked for hours, and the more we did; he had me, my love he won.

He is so amazing, so loving, and caring, and his words came to life.

Not a doubt in my heart, he was the one. I want to be his first and last.

He told me I was his dream come true, and wanted me to be his wife.

My heart skipped a beat, and I could not believe he was going to be my last.

I said I would love to be his wife, and could not wait for that special day.

He is my soulmate, my man, the love of my life; soon his wife next May.
