Third Eye

A Poem

By Atomic HistorianPublished 2 months ago 1 min read

My third eye glazes over

As the world grows colder

A smoldering mass destroying us

Societal entropy has a hold of me

All I want to do is write and bring joy

Yet, I’m chained to this brain draining machine daily

Wading in the waste of my mind

Oscillating between being happy

I knew you for a moment

And ignorance is bliss

A kiss that didn’t exist

Is a kiss you can’t miss
