Thank you for loving me when I didn't know what love was and keeping me afloat when I didn't even realize I was drowning.
Thank you for lifting me up and helping me prove myself the woman I am.
Thank you for leaving when you knew my world and yours no longer matched.
Thank you for making that decision for both of us. Thank you for breaking my heart.
Thank you for being the person I was angry at, the only person I truly have ever disliked fully.
Thank you for taking that, knowing it came from a place of hurt.
I can finally say thank you for making a choice I never could've made myself.
