They Were Nimble and Fair

Lofty expectations

With your presence,

Fill our tent,

And make us potent.

Stir the pot,

Mix life’s stew through and through.

In the fire,

You require,

Our praise,

On the sun rays,

Or on nightly haze.

We expire not,

As we courageously fought,

With wisdom and words,

And the armor that girds.

The birds sung us up some cheer,

The mice caught our every tear.

All creatures nimble and fair,

Each of them, blessedly stare.

Ripples on her naked body of water,

Honest skies dip and tip to applaud her.

But it’s nothing wrong or lewd,

As nature is tried and trued.

Have you ever noticed that nature mirrors our emotions — the calm ripples and honest skies remind us that everything in life has its balance and rhythm.😇
