With honeyed words, they portray deceit
They promise and make it sound quite sweet.
Smiling eyes and light has grown very dim,
It’s a polite attitude; lots of deception within.
So much beganel that they will give us the words
That we want to hear
“Look, I will not leave you. Look, I am always here.”.
But their hands are empty, kindness is not there
Then brief silence is what love should bear.
These are made up, these are all acted,
The sweetest song of love has now become a sickness
They wrap themselves around and embrace, but
Lips have the warmth of perfectly devised act.
How does it even happens? Well, it is simple;
Everything that has been tortured appears perfect.
We go to extremes in order to comply with the game,
While they stoke the fire of transient desire.
Every movement, every gaze, is a fake image,
Some love from my life that was never genuine
But the time will expose the lie, just as it took the time to break
Provides the explanation why everything was a fake ‘because’
Love cannot be forced to cross the world
It has to be sheer; it cannot take on chains which run everywhere.
Still, let them dance, let them continue the play
As our hearts are worth so much the stronger than any amount of gold.
We will understand, we will recover and will strive up
Well, their lies cannot touch us as we look for love.Their lies may linger, a sting in our chest,
A cruel reminder of love unconfessed.
But hearts like ours, though battered, still mend,
For truth and resilience are love’s truest friends.
They thought they’d break us with hollow embrace,
Leaving us lost in their false, fleeting trace.
Yet love is not fragile, nor easily torn,
It’s born of the soul and through trials reborn.
We see through the cracks in their delicate guise,
The emptiness hidden behind their eyes.
No longer deceived by the games they play,
We step from the shadows into brighter day.
For love isn’t pretense, nor words left unsaid,
It’s found in the actions that keep us well-fed.
It’s care in the quiet, a hand when we fall,
A presence that answers when we make the call.
They can’t steal the love we hold deep inside,
A treasure untouched by betrayal or pride.
We carry it forward, a beacon of light,
A love that endures through the darkest of nights.
So let them pretend, but their time will cease,
For we’ll find a love that’s built on true peace.
And from their deceit, we’ll learn to believe,
That love, when it’s real, will never deceive.
We rise from the ashes of their deceit,
With hearts that are stronger, refusing defeat.
The pain they caused becomes our guide,
A lesson learned, a truth we can’t hide.
For love that is real doesn’t fade or wane,
It stands in the sunshine, endures through the rain.
It speaks in actions, not hollow words,
A melody felt, not just overheard.
Their pretense may haunt us, but it won’t define,
The love we deserve, radiant, divine.
We now see clearer, with wiser eyes,
No longer fooled by their practiced lies.
Each wound they left becomes a scar,
A map to remind us of how strong we are.
Though they pretended, our hearts remain true,
Ready for love that’s pure and new.
For one day we’ll find, as all seekers do,
A love that is honest, unwavering, and true.
It won’t be a mask, nor a fleeting game,
But a fire eternal, steady in flame.
So let them fade, their illusions pass,
They’re mere shadows upon the glass.
We’ll love again, as the pure always do,
With hearts wide open, and skies of blue. And when that true love comes into sight,
It will feel like dawn after the longest night.
No games, no masks, no need to pretend,
Just a soul who’s with us until the end.
They’ll hold us gently, yet their grip will be strong,
A love that feels safe, where we truly belong.
With words that align with the deeds they show,
A bond that deepens, a love that will grow.
The echoes of lies will fade to dust,
Replaced by a feeling we can truly trust.
No need to question, no doubt in the air,
Just a presence that proves they’ll always be there.
The pain of the past will then seem small,
For true love will heal and conquer it all.
The scars will remind us, but they won’t sting,
For now we will soar on love’s steady wing.
Let them who pretended fade out of view,
They were lessons, not anchors, to the love we pursue.
Our hearts are resilient, unyielding, and wise,
Ready to love with no compromise.
So here’s to the truth, to the love yet to come,
A love that’s as certain as the rising sun.
