“Count your blessings,
not your struggles.
More is on the way.”
We live in such a busy world,
and we ourselves are always so busy,
that we just do not have the time
to sit down and ‘count our blessings.’
How important is it to you
to sit down and ‘count your blessings’?
The mental and physical benefits
of doing this
are the reason to do it.
All it takes is ten minutes every day,
to sit down quietly,
with a cup of coffee or tea,
and “think” about the blessings or good things
in your life.
Your mind
will quieten down and ‘rest’.
Your body
will calm down and ‘rest’.
Both mind and body
will become stronger
because of the “GOOD” things
you are thinking about.
And ‘they’ are there.
