Their Outer Minds

the outside of everything

On the surface some of them like to smile a lot

But in reality everybody knows it is a mask

To cover up whatever they are hiding around others

A day to day migrane hour by hour stress on their mind

Smiling among the crowd to blend with all of them

Seeing them all of a group of friends when they are not

When all they do is see red in their eyes at every moment

But they still use the smile to hide their hate and pain

Until they can no longer hide it from everybody else

And that is when their heads are finally clear

Good job and understandable from my perspective for I feel like this from time to time.
