The world outside my window

Life is like a blooming sapling ready to embrace the world,

Humans are joyous creatures that can be curious for all the hundreds of reasons that exist,

Today I look outside of my cage, a lovely home, but spacious and lonely,

I look whereas the sun sets low, a lovely range of colors that vary from the light blue of day, to the beauty of twilight, and to the dark starry night.

This moment, I am not human nor am I not, I just live standing as an existence that ponder the truth of this world.

Those moments I look outside my window feels like shattering my long term slumber in a reality made of dreams,

When I look outside, my heart would rest at ease, my soul seeping seemingly towards the worlds original forms,

At sunset, time would stop for me at this newborn miracle, though lasting for only minutes, what my eyes witnessed was an eternity.

This was not a dream, moreover it was a reality that far surpassed that of the descriptions of dream,

The feelings of warmth dancing on my skin, the ethereal light that glows like thousands of butterflies, and the wind, unheard but still existing, rustling in your mind.

This was the world I live for, somewhere where I find inner peace and a place to take flight towards the twilight sky.
