The Wishing Well

Lay me there to rest

Bury me under the wishing well

Bury me under the wishing well,

so when they throw their coins,

I can get their hard-earned cash,

and keep it neat beneath my loins!

And as the coins clink down below,

I’ll have a little treasure,

and maybe a little laugh,

to keep me company forever!

So if you ever find a coin there,

In the place used to gave you pleasure,

just know it’s me, I am still here,

with a smile and a little treasure!

Wishful thinking only if your spirit can pick that change up but your spirit will not need it for in heaven you are glorified no need for money.

Nice, Marie, but you wouldn't be able to spend it. 😉😉
