I can look out my window and see

all of the trees hitting my house playfully.

I can see all the little birds in my bush

flying around and around oh so dizzily.

I can open my window and feel

the soft wind whispering into my ears.

I can feel the nip of winters cool breeze

reminding me that the old man will be here soon.

I can place my ear to my window and hear

the tappity-tap-tap of the big old tree.

I can hear the chirpity-chirp-chirp of my

little birdy friends looking for some food.

I can leave my window and miss all the

cool nippy-ness of the wind in my ears.

I can miss old man winter making his daily

rounds, reminding all the animals to get ready

for a deep winters sleep.
