The Wind’s Journey

Fear not the wind that howls like a maddened dog

The Wind’s Journey

Where does the wind begin its dance?

From the distant folds of the unseen,

It rises, a whisper, a breath unbound,

A force unmeasured, unseen between.

It winds and weaves through the trees,

A traveler with no place to stay,

It touches all, yet leaves no trace,

Carrying secrets, swept away.

Does it return to the sky’s embrace,

Or fade into the earth below?

The wind knows not where it will land,

It moves as it must, in endless flow.

From mountain peaks to ocean’s edge,

It journeys far, yet knows no home,

A wanderer beneath the sun,

Forever free, forever alone.

It whispers tales of distant lands,

Of deserts dry and forests deep,

Yet where it goes, none can foresee,

A mystery it vows to keep.

So let it blow, let it be free,

A force of nature, wild and true,

The wind’s own path is known to none,

Except it self as it travels on.

Well-wrought! The wind is invisible yet everpresent, like a mysterious god.
