Silence is my sustenance
In the chaos of my body-mind with the shrill voices,
Layers of sweetness reveal the truth of my soul when I dare to be still
Entering the sphere beyond my thoughts
Nourishing every cell and the remembrance of infinity
Calming the fear of no sound, the softness -
Endings and new beginnings - always!
