What are the five W's of counseling?
Could they be the W's of say writing as well?
They are also the basic questions of living.
Who?
What?
When?
Where?
Why?
Who we are? and What we are? and Where are we? leads to the question of Why are we?
How do we answer these questions?
Looking for answers.
Are we doing the right things for us or for others?
Do we use what we know to help;
ourselves as well as others or
are we just taking up space.
Leading us to wonder why we are doing what we are doing.
