The Truth Places

What makes a great lawyer?

By Skyler SaundersPublished 6 years ago 1 min read

The red briefcase seemed a bit much.

But she matched her heels and nails

And other such and such.

Beauty for all time never fails.

But she adhered to good standing.

Throughout her career as a lawyer

She knew laws remained demanding.

She was the female type of Tom Sawyer.

Adventure in the courtroom

Prevented the innocent from serving.

Everything in her head

Continued unswerving.

The money drove her greed.

She subsisted off of landing cases.

Her hunger she did feed.

And revolutionized the truth places.

She steadied herself before the judge.

Composure painted her head.

She held no grudge

And justice was all that she said.
