A pink or a red,

No colour so true.

I am not just one shade,

I am not just one hue,

I change and evolve,

I rise again all anew.

I shine like a rainbow,

Multifaceted through,

I am vibrant and bright,

I glisten like dew.

I have highs, I have lows,

My colours shine or subdue,

I am colours you can't imagine,

I am colours that you share too.

We cannot be boxed in,

Say goodbye to taboo,

Let's embrace all our colours,
