Every tyrant builds thrones of ashes

And thinks that permanence lies in his kingdom and his pride

But the Most Gracious wipes out the tyranny of darkness

And restores the truth like the sun when it appears and is harsh

So the tyranny is a defeat and the oppression is a disappearance

And the consolation of the oppressed is in God, an appointed time
