"Whether it's for a minute or for an hour, I'd like to sit relativity close to a special girl whenever I get the chance." -Rodney Alcala (Daniel Zovatto) | Woman of the Hour

*****

I wonder if Einstein ever let his mind wander

from E=MC^2

and think about a woman he wanted to get close to

if only for a moment

because it's all I can do when I think of you.

Time becomes a snail,

crawling,

i n c h i n g away,

perhaps because my love is too BIG,

encompassing my entire self.

And there is too much s p a c e

between us.

We are the Sun and Proxima Centauri,

reaching but never touching.

So I doubt Einstein thought of a woman

he wanted to get close to.

Love like this requires closeness

and a willingness to forget how to add

2 and 2.

Love like this cannot not be equivalated

stuffed into an equation to solve.

Love like this requires the mind to wander away from E=MC^2.
