The Tale of TWO EYES

When our eyes met

When the eyes have their way,

Destiny disapproved of its way.

Back then, the eyes were flirty and romantic,

But the foolish heart was egoistic and sarcastic.

Won't deny the moments when I longed

To lock lips unconditionally,

But neither the aura nor the time was right

Rationally.

Then came the Eclipse, the long one.

Eyes parted ways without any reason.

The eyes hurt,

Heart ached.

It seemed like a long winter without a break.

But then the universe saw the sorrow,

And the purity of the eyes.

Almighty gave its blessing, for the eyes to unite.

Yes, it took a decade,

But the eyes finally met.

And this time, the heart saw the tip of the iceberg

And melting emotions beneath the ocean's curse.

The heart jumped into the ocean,

To experience the depth of the affection,

Disguised in the blue.

And deeper she dived -in,

The more profound love aroused,

To hold the hand and behold the eternity forever.

The eyes were the magnet to the heart,

The more they looked into each other.

The more they felt, "nothing can do us apart."

"YES", it is time the heart proclaimed.

"Let me SUBMIT to you,

And be free for the rest of our life." was the announcement that awaited.

Aphrodite herself created the magical moment,

And with her blessing and more by the side,

THE TWO EYES BECAME ONE SOUL.
