The Symphony of Your Snore

A Love Story Told in Roars and Snores

By Tale WeaverPublished 11 months ago 1 min read

Oh, my love, when night descends,

Your concert of chaos gently begins.

A lullaby? No, much more grand—

A roaring storm, yet unplanned.

- - - - -

The bedframe trembles, the curtains sway,

Your snores could chase the stars away.

I hold my breath, I count to ten,

But there it comes… the roar again!

- - - - -

A chainsaw? A freight train? A grizzly bear?

No, just my darling—unaware.

Yet in this thunder, loud and deep,

I find the song that sings me to sleep.

- - - - -

For though you snore with all your might,

I'd rather have you every night.

Earplugs in, with love so true—

I'd face the noise to lie with you. 💕
