The Symphony of Silence

Unspoken Words, Unshed Tears

By a broken heartPublished 2 years ago 1 min read

A symphony of silence, fills the empty hall,

Where melodies of laughter, once painted the wall.

No crescendos of joy, no whispers of sweet talk,

Just the deafening echo, of love's painful walk.

Tears unshed, like raindrops held captive within,

Mirror the sorrow, where happiness used to begin.

Each beat of my heart, a mournful drum's slow pace,

Marking the rhythm of loss, etched on my tear-stained face.

Will the music return, with a new conductor's grace?

Will tears finally fall, cleansing this desolate space?

Or will the silence reign, a constant, haunting refrain,

A tomb for unspoken words, and love's eternal pain?
