I have always been a hero’s girl

Till I saw that I’m drawn to the villains in reality

Then, I started seeing the villains in the movies different

The twisted life that had lived that made them who they are

And the heroes always make them feel bad

Whereas they were just misunderstood

All a villain needs and wants is love

And once he finds that love, he will burn the world to save her

While the hero will let that one love burn for validation

Because he can’t seem to love himself; if the world isn’t singing his praises

So, yes, I have been a hero's girl once

But I think I love the villains more
