Unique Lights Shine Bright When the Moment Is Right
The sun will rise, the moon will glow,
Each has a time to steal the show.
The sun shines bright, bold and high,
The moon brings calm to the quiet sky.
They never ask whose light is best,
They simply shine and leave the rest.
The sun wakes flowers, gives them cheer,
The moon brings dreams when night is near.
Each has a purpose, a path, a way,
They brighten the world in their own display.
So donβt compare your life to another,
We all are unique, like no other.
Your moment will come, your time will appear,
When your light will shine, strong and clear.
No need for envy, no need for haste,
Your journey is yours, no need to waste.
The sun and moon both do their part,
They teach us to shine with an open heart.
Be patient, be kind, let yourself be,
Your light will shine for the world to see.

I find that poetry is all about the moon and the stars, and sun to light the day/we should all shine and leave the rest.
