☀️ "Hello, Mr. Sunshine!" — A Poem of Love and Light ☀️

Oh mighty Sun, in morning’s grace,

You peek from clouds with a glowing face.

You stretch your arms across the blue,

And say, “Wake up, the world needs you!”

You paint the sky in hues so grand,

Orange, gold—your artist’s hand.

Birds begin their early song,

Because you’ve shown, they sing along.

You're the silent alarm for seeds and trees,

You whisper life in the summer breeze.

You charge our moods with Vitamin D,

And chase away the gloom we see.

Without a word, you guide the way,

From sleepy dawn to end of day.

You never ask for thanks or praise,

Just shine your love through heat and rays.

In winter cold, we miss your touch,

And beg for you when it’s too much.

Yet come too close, and we complain,

“You’re hot today! Please chill again!”

You help the flowers dance and sway,

Make mangoes sweet in month of May.

You dry our clothes, our tears, our pain,

You watch our lives through windowpane.

Some hide beneath their sunscreen shields,

But you still kiss the open fields.

The moon just borrows what you lend,

Oh glowing giant, silent friend.

You never rest, you never sleep,

For Earth and kin, your watch is deep.

So here’s a hug in poem form,

For all the ways you keep us warm.

Stay gentle, kind—don’t burn us fried,

But thank you, Sun, for being our guide.

In sky or heart, we see your spark,

Our cosmic lantern in the dark. 🌞
