I wonder

By Lisa BarrettoPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

The wonder of the humanness calls to the soul, asking the questions:

Am I one?

Am I me?

Am I many?

Am I we?

The heartbeat of the humanness beats to the rhythm of our being, asking the questions:

Am I a drum?

Am I a cymbal?

Am I bass?

Am I a timbrel?

The reality of humanness writes upon the wall, asking the questions:

Am I mist?

Am I breath?

Am I a wisp?

The quantum of one’s humanness calculates its value, asking the questions:

Am I a measure?

Am I a sum?

Am I portion?

Am I a some?
