Loneliness creeps upon her, like never before, as she turns off the lights and crawls into bed.
No one to hold, just solace of the soft blankets to snuggle under and a nice queen size bed to sleep in.
When the day arrives, she must begin the productive hunt alone. To live the life she wished for, it must done.
She works a career she loves. Bills to be paid, money to be made, she’s grown.
Being the boss takes a toll of its own. Hard work and the ambition to survive.
Her products booming in the market, thrives. She uses her intuition and wisdom to guide her through the symphony of Life.
The spirt of the Barn Owl resides within her, moves her, and pushes her forward.
Exquisitely beautiful, graceful, and mystique. Friends and employees are what keeps her a float. As she waits for the honorable, esteemed boat.
Family is a thing she never really knew. Although, to have one, would be her dream come true. Someone(s), she can come home to.
She draws upon her disguise to stay safe from prying eyes, with mouths that lies. Wanting her to believe in their many jesters for lesser.
Whenever she goes out shopping, she’s drawn to baby apparel. “One Day”, she says mellow. Either she’ll go at it alone, or one day there may be a worthy fellow.
Deep routed seeds, of broken childhood. Forces her to believe, that even with all that has occurred in her life, that there is more to experience and be had.
Through a garden of White Oak and Magnolia trees, where the flowers are luxuriously gorgeous and sweet. She wonders as she wanders, what precisely would an actual family be like.
Back home, she’s enroute as the day shifts to night, not a cloud in site. Tall, medium brown skinned, handsome, and muscular. Without warning.
She stumbled and bumped right into him. Their eyes met and a conversation began. He walked her home and they stood outside her house and talked for hours.
Months later they became the best of friends. He is everything she hoped and looked for in a man. Solo nights she could no longer withstand.
She finally found a great companion, who compliments, respects, love, admires and comprehends who she is. Everything she had gone through was all worthwhile in the end.
Loving, respecting, and caring for herself, benefitted for loving this man exceedingly. He isn't a bore; lonesome nights are no more.
In just two years time, their new family commenced and shined. One of her and one of him. A charming, abundant, and prosperous family dynamic with more to come.
The rain now brings song and dance, bedtime stories and the comfort of her children and loving husband.
The eyes that see, covers her, she was ultimately convince. Dreams do come true, never give up and no matter what, keep loving, respecting, caring, and doing for you.
