The Sinister Snake

There is something sinister about that snake

The way he slithers is evil, make no mistake

He twists and turns

His green venom burns

That's the reason why i am lying here awake

I actually love snakes and other creepie animals. But, this just came to me during the great limerick takeover a couple of months ago. Hope you enjoyed it.

    I like this one! I enjoy the way you write- it seems true to your voice! Also, I too like snakes, they are so interesting and misunderstood!:) I love little poems about critters and creatures- I'll dig into the other creepy ones after at least one coffee! Lol!
