The Silent Witness,

Seemingly innocuous.

Peeping through all humans,

Sees through people like binoculars.

People picture prisms,

Picture prisms like rainbows.

Sunlight fills my heart,

Heart guide my journey,

Let love flow.

River crashing water,

Inspired pathways lead to sea.

Glisten drop of ocean,

Let your rivers run to me.

Make me fill with wonder,

In this wonder can we see.

Behold the beauty in each teardrop,

Sweet emotions ecstasy.

Now I see you clearly,

although, I wasn't sure at all.

Like the ocean kissed the sand,

I know you'll catch me when I fall.

Sun kissed soft sand surrounds me,

Grains for every galaxy and sun,

Long days stride into moonlight,

So a darkness overcomes.

Star studded skies defy the canvas,

Stained by comets and secret clouds.

If only you could hear it,

Our Silent Witness speaks so loud.

Samsaric dreams of heaven,

It seems so perfect, perhaps I'm here.

Free my soul to see much further,

Wrapped up in mortal love and fear.

Without colour, sunlight and senses,

One might never know the sound.

The blessing of this body,

A world of experience, profound.

Now let your days pass with no worry,

walk a little further still.

Seek within and you shall know me,

The source of light and field.
