Slowly they all stopped paying attention

I look around and theres no one to listen

Listen to my cries, my thoughts, and dreams

Everyone moved on while im lost in my grief

Nourishing hugs and encouragement depleted

Crushing emptiness and muted empathy, defeated me, finally

Engulfed in my pain, I will continue to swallow my cries, silently.
