THE SILENCE AND THE MADNESS

SILENCE,MADNESS

THE SILENCE AND THE MADNESS

I was dwelling in deep silence,

You looked at me with eyes of madness,

You tried to kill me, to shatter my peace,

You sought to ascend to the distant skies,

Stay away, for I am not the one to be.

You frightened me, and shook my soul,

What am I to do in the face of madness?

Oh, I was calm, nothing could disturb my silence,

But now the winds rage, unsettling what was and what will be,

And my tender heart refuses the madness,

It does not fear threats, nor death, nor the shedding of blood as it may be.

The night approaches, and silence wraps the earth in a shroud of deep quiet,

And no savior appears on the horizon,

You advanced, tried to touch me,

I retreated, trembled, for the wrath of the Divine knows no bounds, no mercy,

So what am I to do, now that madness has taken hold?

Should I kill myself, or let myself be killed, or what should be?

The tears of pleading eyes scorched me,

They implore, hoping I could still be,

Am I a fugitive, or condemned by the rule of madness?

Forgive me, for it is not my fate to be,

As you wish me to be in a world ruled by insanity.

Shall I wander the wastelands and deserts, seeking tranquility?

Or live without a will,

Taken from me by the decree of madness?

No, for I was born to be,

A noble spirit, pure, and free from debts.

How can I sleep without serenity?

How can I live in the embrace of madness?

Where are you, my gentle life, where is the solace?

The world perished in a single moment,

When madness prevailed in the eyes.

Calm down, my raging self,

For such is life,

A day of madness, a day of calm,

And then comes the silence.

Are you kidding me? You've written such a masterpiece! Your ending says it all... When life becomes that one monster, you're trying to escape every inch of it. But, it really infects your thoughts deep down. When life demands heavy from you but you can't give up because you are down for peace and calm every time. The ending gave me goosebumps! Keep it up brother ✨❤
