Time, oh time, it moves so fast,

Like grains of sand, that slip right past,

We cannot hold it, nor can we keep,

And in its passing, we cannot sleep.

The moments we cherish, they too, are gone,

Like the setting sun, at the break of dawn

The memories we hold, they too, fade away,

Like the colors of the sky, at the end of the day.

The years slip by, like a river's flow,

And as we age, our faces show,

The passing of time, etched on our skin,

And in its wake, a new chapter begins.

But let us not fear, the sands of time,

For with each moment, a new day will shine,

And in its beauty, we can find,

A new hope, a new peace, a new state of mind.

For time, it moves, as it must,

But in its wake, we can learn to trust,

That each passing moment, is a gift,

And in its grace, our spirits can uplift.

So let us live, in the present moment,

And cherish each day, as if it's a new omen,

For in the passing of time, we can find,

A life that's lived, with purpose and design
