The Righteous Part of Hell

Look In The Mirror

By Earl W. PearlPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

The sermon was about those folks, we’ve all known one or two

Self-righteous people in our midst, all churches have a few

They see themselves the godliest, but most of it’s untrue

The serpent has deceived again a “Saint” without a clue

Conviction grapples with my heart, today it’s someone new

A hateful and judgmental jerk, who’s sits upon the pew

You saw him in the restroom mirror, checking out your “do”

That phony Christian, make-believer, looking back at you

fact or fiction
