Dead and useless in the real world
Invisible but dreaming through a blue screen
Screams for help echo in the chambers of our minds
Tranced into a digital rabbit hole
Restless and rotting corpses by the second
Acting with no remorse
Crawling for a way out, only to be sucked back in
This is how we will perish
In a false place over a real one
Overall, this is how it is
Nailed to distraction, a fleeting glimpse of satisfaction
