The Quiet Strength of Starting Over
To everyone who cried last night but still showed up today — this is for you.

There’s a kind of bravery no one talks about—the quiet kind.
It’s not loud like fireworks or fierce like a storm.
It’s the soft decision to keep going when your heart feels heavy.
It’s waking up on a Monday, brushing your hair, and choosing to try again.
It’s logging off, crying in silence, then smiling at your reflection like,
“Maybe I can do this. Maybe I’m not as broken as I thought.”
We glamorize success, but I think healing is its own kind of victory.
And if all you did today was survive,
I’m proud of you.
Because sometimes, just surviving is a rebellion.
